This workshop provides an introduction to the science of our brain. We review neuroplasticity and negativity bias and practice reframing techniques. You will leave feeling empowered and knowing how to reframe your negative thoughts into opportunities to move yourself forward.

Resilience is a foundational skill that is important each and every day, but especially today.
In this workshop, we will discuss what resilience is, why it is so important, and we will practice techniques to build this skill. You will leave having learned five simple ways to proactively build your resilience that you can put into practice right away.

We all have only so much time, energy, and attention each day. How are you using those resources?
This 60 minute workshop focuses on the importance of “plugging yourself in” to recharge and reset each day. We will learn what burnout is, uncover the causes, and discuss the benefits of daily routines. You will leave with at least three practical, stress-free ways to proactively plug yourself in to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance your day to day experience.

This 2 hour workshop offers a combination of education and hands-on training activities.
We begin with an overview of Mental Fitness, Neuroplasticity, and gaining an understanding of how our mind works. We will practice techniques to help you eliminate burnout, reduce stress, and reduce mental fatigue.
The second half of the workshop focuses on three specific skills of mindfulness to help improve your overall mental fitness level and begin shifting how your mind is set.
You will leave feeling empowered, back in control, and with a tool belt filled with techniques to proactively use each and every day to experience less chaos and more calm.
