“I’ve never tried that before, so I think I should definitely be able to do that.”
-Pippi Longstocking

And now for the long(er) story…

First, thanks for being curious to know more about me! Since you are considering partnering with me in some way, it might be helpful to have a better understanding of who I am, what I do, and what I believe. My hope is that after learning more you will take the next step to reach out to me about Mental Fitness Coaching, speaking, workshops, or to inquire about an outdoor experience! If you are curious about something else, reach out too! I believe that connections happen for a reason, so let’s see where this one takes us.

Who I am…

I am someone that loves helping others unlock their fullest potential and redefine limits. I believe in the massive power of one step. I am persistent and on a mission to impact as many lives as possible around the globe in a positive way. I am direct and value transparent communication. I practice what I preach and lead with heart. I am an active listener who provides guidance based on knowledge, experience, and intuition. I am an outdoor enthusiast who summited Mount Kilimanjaro in 2021 and will summit several more high peaks in this life time. Nature is my church. I seek adventure and I love travel. I welcome opportunities to try new things and push myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. I seek adventure and I love travel. Most importantly, I am a proud Mom to two kiddos and my family (and friends that are like family) mean the world to me.

What I do…

I get to do work that is aligned, fulfills me, and helps others move toward positive progress and change. I am grateful to contribute to this world as a Mental Fitness Coach, Keynote Speaker, Mental Fitness Workshop facilitator, care-taker, Reiki Practitioner, author, and certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide.

What I believe…

Nature is healing.
We are all connected.
Meditation is medication.
Thoughts become things.
We learn by doing and experiencing.
Progress beats perfection every time.
There is no such thing as coincidence.
Failure is really just opportunity in disguise.
There is massive power in taking just one step.
The energy we put out is the energy that we attract back.
If we want a different result, we must take a different action.
Our health extends beyond our physical body to include our mind and spirit.
The only limits that exist are the ones that we create in our mind and we have the power to redefine them.
