Thank you Dear Universe

Yesterday morning instead of waking up at my usual 5:30 AM, I slept in a little😴

Once I felt rested and ready to get after the day, I did my usual morning meditation...this one was focused on being productive and energetic for the day ahead✨

I got on my trainer for my morning workout and while I was warming up, I checked my favorite group to see what was cookin for Monday. @shebuiltthisnh always motivates me💫 If you aren’t familiar with it, is a powerful group full of so many awesome, strong, supportive, entrepreneurial, female leaders💥 Thank you @emilytheaborn for bringing us all together 😘

The first thing I saw was a question asking “Where is somewhere in your life that you want more confidence?” 

Right away I knew my answer...”To REALLY put myself out there as is, and not worry about being embarrassed or hearing the negative back talk...” 

You see, I’m working on a special little something and it’s scary AF to think I am going to REALLY put myself out there. You feel me? 

Also, what confirmed my answer for me was that as I went to write it, on a FaceBook page, in a “safe place” full of supportive, awesome ladies, I stopped for a minute and thought...oh man, here I go. I’m going share this. I’m going to be vulnerable. 

BEING VULNERABLE IS HARD. Who’s with me? 

Next, I noticed I had a message waiting so I opened it up, and there it was.

Love you❤️

And so there I sat, finishing my warmup about to go all out on my bike, dripping tears with only one thought that I continue to come back to and it is this... 

✨The Universe gives you exactly what you need, exactly when you need it✨

Sleep. A seemingly perfect morning meditation. A great sweat. The perfect question at just the right time. The most amazing, unexpected message exactly when I needed to see it. 

💕So I’m sharing all of this for YOU...YES, YOU!... because maybe you’re reading this and it’s exactly what YOU needed to see today...to remind you that YOU are amazing, and YOU are lovely, and YOU are perfect, and someone loves YOU
