Mindful Outdoor Experience at Andres Institute of Art

  • Andres Institute of Art 106 Route 13 Brookline, NH, 03033 United States (map)

Leave behind the noise of technology, the frenzy of fast-paced routines, and the weight of daily stress and join Heather Sweeney, certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide, for a Mindful Outdoor Experience at Andres Institute of Art in Brookline, NH. This is your chance to reconnect with nature, slow down, engage your senses, and cultivate a sense of presence.

This experience will begin with an introduction and orientation to our surroundings.  Then, through gentle mindful movement, the rhythm of mindful breathing, a brief centering technique, and the art of gratitude, we will begin to deepen our connection with ourselves and the natural world.

As we venture into a slow-paced, mindful trail walk, we will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature’s wonders and engage our senses in a captivating sensory experience that will heighten our appreciation for the surrounding environment.  Along the way, we will pause for a brief meditation, allowing the stillness of the outdoors to guide us into a peaceful state.

Our journey will culminate with a closing ceremony offering the opportunity to share our reflections on the experience.

No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is necessary.  All you need is an open heart and willingness to immerse yourself in this experience in nature.  The best way to understand a Mindful Outdoor Experience is to join us and experience it for your self!

COST PER PERSON: $25.00
*50% of all proceeds will be donated to Andres Institute of Art!
